Membership Notice – Please Read Before Joining

• Membership is free until 40 approved members are reached. Once this threshold is met, paid billing will begin automatically.

• No refunds will be issued once billing begins.

• Eligibility & Safety Policy

• For safety reasons, primary membership is currently limited to women.

• Men may attend only as part of a verified couple, meaning they must be accompanied by either:

• • their female spouse or partner, or
  • their male partner (for gay couples)

• Couples must apply together, complete video verification together, and pay the couple membership rate once paid memberships begin.

• These guidelines are in place to help maintain a safe, balanced, and respectful environment while the community grows and formal safety protocols are established.

• Black Sky Hollow is designed to center Black, Brown, and minority women, while welcoming respectful partners who support that focus.

• Respect & Community Culture

• Black Sky Hollow is a community-focused space built on mutual respect, safety, and understanding.

• Members are expected to:

• • Respect personal boundaries and consent
  • Treat fellow members with kindness and maturity
  • Respect different spiritual or religious beliefs

• Not everyone in this community is Christian or practices prayer or worship of Jesus. Members must respect different beliefs and spiritual paths, and pressuring others about religion or attempting to convert members is not allowed.

• Our goal is to maintain a peaceful, supportive, and drama-free environment where everyone can relax, connect, and enjoy community activities.

• Approval Requirement

• All interested individuals must submit an application and receive approval before attempting to subscribe to any paid membership tier.

• Subscribing without approval may result in removal and cancellation of membership.

• Please read all policies carefully before subscribing.
  Failure to review or follow these policies does not qualify for a refund.

• Location Requirement

• Membership is currently limited to individuals located in Houston and the surrounding Houston areas. This ensures members are able to participate in local meetups, camping trips, events, and in-person community activities.
